      I, *********************************, purchased an IPhone 13 Pro 128GB from ****, the employee or Owner. I don't know which. I paid $588.50. I paid $300 in cash and the remainder on debit card. He attempted to add an unnecessary fee for using debit card which he removed for me. I asked for a battery health percentage and was not available since It was replaced. That was fine. What he did not disclose to me was that the screen and camera had been replaced with non genuine parts. Which, were not backed up properly according to Apple standards. There are features that are disabled due to this. I was sold a used phone, when it was actually refurbished with aftermarket parts which was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. I would not have bought the product if I had been told this info of the replaced camera and screen. He (****) refused to give me a full refund. That I would only get a buy back amount. Or would exchange for something similar that does have genuine parts. I was scammed that it was a used phone, when it was more of a refurbished phone that had not been disclosed to me prior to purchase. This store should not be allowed to operate. And whoever is the manager should rectify this with a full refund back to me.
