    RedFax is an amazing alternative to their significantly more expensive e-Fax competitors. I needed HIPAA compliant e-fax for my business and after being sticker shocked by the first handful of companies that populated my ****** search, I was able to find RedFax. I was a little unsure about their significantly lower price and how that would equate to usability, reliability, and customer support, but they have a ************ back guarantee so there's nothing to lose. I got everything set up, it's very simple, straightforward, and easy to use, just what I was looking for. I hit a snag however when RedFax wouldn't connect to my ****** Workspace Drive, which meant my incoming faxes could not load directly into my Drive, an incredibly efficient and time-saving feature. When I tried to connect I got an obscure error message. BUT ****** worked with me repeatedly on the phone until I got it all sorted, EVEN THOUGH THE ***** WAS NOT ON THEIR END. Getting to talk to live customer support persons, let alone ones who have the knowledge AND will take the time to trouble-shoot is a rarity these days! I'm now a loyal RedFax customer. Easy to use, reliable, efficient.
