    We hired this firm for two blueprints both resulting in the products never being delivered. He promised a lot of things and delivered nothing but a drawn out for ever process. He told us he had a survey person he had a one stop shop to deliver a completed plan all he needed in the case of the home was the truss plan and the addition job he told us he would do the site measurements for the job and never did we had to do them. It was like pulling a stubborn tooth that sorry to say never came out and continues to fester to this day. We never revived plans for either project completed, and the addition was refused at the county level. with multiple issue with the site plan. I have since went on medical leave passing this job to another contractor which he is not stuck waiting for Ducker Engineering to correct his mistakes. Absolutely disgusted and need resolution for our clients.

    On 6/8/22 hired **** Ducker engineering design to draw up engineering approved plans for a stick built 26x30 garage.Phone conversation **** stated 30 days usual turnaround.Now 7 months later still no prints.Numerous emails keep getting promise almost done.At no point was I told I would need to furnish my truss designs or window and door prior to signing contract.Paid ******* and want the prints I paid for!

    I hired this drafting designer almost 3 years ago. I was told at the time by home advisors and ************************************,- the owner of the drafting company .that I would have my plans within 3 months. I gave ************************************ over ******* dlls to start the project..well that was the last time I saw him. I have been communicating by email with him because he refuses to see me and doesn't *************. I have a written contract. I have tried to solve this matter with home advisors since they told me that he was one of his top designers. Home advisors and ducker drafting design are avoiding me. I paid to get permit for the addition and I never got anything. Few months ago home advisers told me that they close the case because I had got my permit. The city keeps a record of all ************** will be easy to prove that I never got anything. I am reaching out to the bbb to get my permit. This is my last attempt to solve this matter . Next step is an attorney. Thank you
