    I hired all fence to install a metal fence in bronze color at my home. After no more than 8 months the color faded from bronze to pale white. They claimed it was due to poor metal from the supplier and they would fix the problem. Its six months later and they do not even return my calls ****** was a ***** dollar fence and it should last years not months.

    As outlined in our contract, we provide a three-month material warranty through the supplier, after which any material-related issues would need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer or supplier. This policy ensures that clients receive the most reliable and appropriate support for product-specific concerns, as manufacturers are best equipped to assess material durability and defects.

    I am rejecting this response because: While the fence was installed at the end of 2022, I have been talking to them for at least a year complaining they kept promising and promising. They were gonna do something and putting me off so now its two years past insulation two years and two months.
