    Paid 50% down to order new flooring 2/6/2023. Contract signed Feb 6, 2023 after having to ask for a quote after measurements. We were told flooring would be in within a couple weeks. We were having new lower cabinets put in so the flooring installer asked that cabinets go in first so we said ok. I had called several times to the *********** location to let them know the cabinet delivery date and install was going happen earlier than orignially thought if they could come earlier. No response from them. February 22nd after calling the *********** location again they sent me an email saying follow-up to see if we are still ready for install 1st week of March. (The email sender name was different from the salutation) Not sure which store email came from. I emailed back yes let us know the day as I have an upcoming petscan and chemo treatment. No response. Today we have driven to the *********** location to find the door locked. Today was not the only day the door was locked and voice messages left unattended. *********** location office was forwarded to ********** and vice versa. I also called and left message on mobile for the guy that measured our floors. I have text twice. No response. My message has been to please either call, return our money or deliver our flooring and we will install. I called Charlotte County business license office to see if they are still in business. I was told they are delinquent on their payment to the County of **********
