    I bought a home in *********** may 31st and was obviously looking to furnish my home i needed a couch,. I went to the furniture store in the process of going through the home buying process. I picked out the couch and ordered it. I had to call often to see when it would be in as I had to adjusts everything just to get it delivered turned out I had to do that myself as well. so the delivery people picked up the couch and were allowed access to the home I purchased and placed it in the house un wrapped of course. I finally was able to move into the home and we opened up the couch they sent all the wrong pieces accept one. so I instantly followed up with the *** i sent all the photos and all the information as to what they sent me. so i called and spoke to management and they said basically i am stuck with it because it was not opened within 15 days how the h*** are you going to send someone a 20 foot couch they did not order and do nothing to fox your mistake that was done at the warehouse. so i told them either they fix this or i will have a delivery service pick tis up and request a full refund. this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and i want this refunded or the correct parts sent to me and for them to pick up the wrong pieces this is not that hard. the customer service at this place is horrible i have never dealt with a place that does not fix there mistakes I want this resolved today I want this fixed. I paid 2k for a couch I want it correct!! or i want my money back and will go to a place that values there customers and can do the job correctly this is ridiculous and i will continue to write reviews and whatever else is needed to get this resolved. how are you going to punish a customer for your mistakes? and who paid for a product that was not correct? make it make sense

    We have spoken to the customer and we ordered her exchange sectional that she is requesting, once it comes in we will do an exchange for her

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. they informed  me it will be there  July  17th  however i  will still keep  this open as i  had issues  even getting it  delivered before and ended up doing it  myself  once this  has been completely  cleared up i will  send a  final  response. as  for now i  would like to keep  this open until this is all resolved

    (4) piece Queen bedroom set purchased 3/15/25, total ($1,909.48), per salesman ****** ***** delivery 2 weeks, someone would call to schedule delivery date. I informed him time was of the essence. I called store on 3/18/25, per ****** delivery now 2-3 weeks,no update on delivery date. Told him unacceptable (no supervisor/manager) to speak with,have someone call me immediately. Per ****** on 3/19/25, furniture schedueled to arrive Tampa warehouse 3/25/25. **** cancel my order, failure to provide delivery date, information keeps changing, no manager/supervisor to speak with as ****** is a new employee. Per text msg on 3/26/25 furniture now due to arrive in ***** next week! I replied to cancel my order/provide refund, getting the run around, failure to provide items in a timely manner, appears to be scam, failure to provide delivery date. Informed ****** also text sent charges will be disputed/claim to be filed with BBB. Refund my total amount $1,909.48.
