This company sold me a piece of equipment and then provided me with an all inclusive shipping quote prior to the purchase. I paid them directly for the machine and the shipping. They repeatedly badgered me for additional funds and ultimately did not award me even access to the equipment or refund me. Total *****

I am a Broker of heavy equipment not a shipper or Freight specialist. As part of my service, I can offer to assist in finding a good price for shipping when one of my customers purchases a piece of heavy ********************. There is no contract for freight between me and ****. I am a Vendor for Auction Time for the ** USA. **** won a bid for a piece of heavy equipment in Dec on Auction Time. I served as the auctioner. He paid Auction TIme for the Shredder. I just offered to help him with finding freight and he was under no contract or obligation with Big Stuff for shipping. Additional charges had to be added by the shipper he choose due to size & weight of the Shredder. The shipper crossed 4 states, used police ******, permit fees to transport the equipment and had to be paid up front, which I paid,  **** was made aware every step of the status  and verified his approval during shipping. I even contributed and extra $1k to cover some of the costs. On the day of delivery he refused delivery in multiple ways: stalling by not answering his phone at 10 am when the shipper arrived, claiming he was in urgent care and he was not given a date and time( text messages confirm he was made aware and he agreed),refusing  to pay the shipper the already agreed upon $2500, permits. He then further stalled requesting a email invoice with the charges.  The shipper even waived his hourly wait charge.  He had 3 months to decide where to place the shredder and told me he made a concrete pad for it but then told the shipper he was not aware it was coming and did not have place to put it, He provided 2 different address.  He blamed the shipping truck for the inability to remove the shredder, despite evidence in texts where he agreed to set up additional support of 2 rotator trucks to assist with the delivery. Per Florida law, the shipper left and has ownership of the shredder due to unpaid delivery costs.  **** has been threatening to me and I had to block his calls. He has the shippers info and knows what is required to get the equipment if he chooses.
