    ****** from Bull Pavers did finally give us our money back.  I apologize for not letting you know. We have since blocked communication from Bull Pavers, since he was continually bothering us to remove bad review and complaint.

    spond to my calls, failed to deliver my materials, and never started or completed my project, ultimately taking my money. He asked me to wait an additional two weeks to work on the project (it had now been 18 weeks, or 4.5 months), but also offered to refund my money if that was my preference. I replied I simply wanted a refund because I no longer trusted him to complete the agreed-upon service. He assured me that I would receive my refund by the following week.On May 7, 2025, I contacted ****** again but received no response. May 8, 2025, submitted our second ****** review. Two hours later, ****** reached out requesting another week to issue my refund, claiming he was having trouble selling our materials. We asked if he had our materials in his possession and if he had a receipt for them; he never responded to our question. Over 11 hours later, ****** inquired whether we had ***** for the refund, to which we responded no. Haven't heard from him since.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Thank you for your response to my complaint.  After a strong threat for legal action and making complaints to the BBB and DBPR. And 6 weeks of Bull Pavers lies and excuses they did finally reimburse me in full. Although I am not certain of what happened in the company's personal life, I am certain I am not the 1st or last person he will try to scam. This was the worst experience I've experienced from a company like this, and even though he did pay back my money, this company needs to be held accountable for their actions and should continue to have this **** on his record so they know not to do this to anyone ever again.
