    Costa ************************************************ Office ************. We purchased an **/heating unit from Costa on 11/20/15. They state they work with veterans and provide veteran discounts, so we had them cover give us a quote. Their quote was less and as a veteran supporter we wanted to support them as well. From the very beginning we have had issues with our bedroom not cooling properly. It runs 4-5 degrees warmer. We have had to call them for service calls on multiple occasions. Twice it was in 2 different years in January when it was cold. We told them that the heat wasnt working. The receptionist told us they would get back with us. When returning call because they hadnt arrived they said it may take a day or 2 because they were so busy. We gave up calling when we bought heaters and used the oven. So our heat has never worked. We have had multiple calls to Costa for maintenance, but our big issues have been very expensive repairs. The first time we were in ******* with a sick parent. When we returned the ** didnt work. The wall around the u it was completely saturated. When they came they said it was clogged. We have always used vinegar as recommend to keep the line clear as well as using a shop vac outside for discharged water line. They had to replace wall entirely. The technician stated that it is important to have a drain pan installed. They did the install why didnt they put one in when purchased. If it was an extra cost at the time of install they should have at least asked. That was over $1000. In the past year we have had to have them come fix something under warranty. They charged us with ***** 2 and supposedly was going to order the part and fix, but would cost for ***** again. Over $2000 this time. After *** we had contractors come look at our unit. We have been told it is too small for our house and we have had ***** in keeping the house cool. We have asked them to replace since we purchased under false pretenses. The quote to replace is ******+
