5 starsThis is my second review for RK & M. In Sept 2024 I wrote a review & was so thankful for their help. Now although it took another 90 days to come to fruition I am still going give this company a 5 star review. If you need help call! A Professional & Knowledgeable negotiator with a calm demeanor is who you will find on the other end of the phone line. Today, Dec 2nd, my long awaited check was deposited by Richard’s wife *******. I am out of town for holidays & this couple went over & above to help me get my funds to my bank. There were times in the last 90 days that were challenging, but somehow Richard was able to keep me informed & calm ( for the most part ) in this whirlwind insurance world. I have had an experience with ******* **** that was smooth & professional. ******* was recommend to me by another appraiser who was unable to complete my claim due to **** regulations. His company is very familiar with these regulations & in a matter of *****, ******* was able to negotiate the remainder of the funds due by my insurance company, who had dissolved after hurricane ***. Nearly two years later here I am, blessed to have crossed Mr ******* ***** path. If you are in need, Run to the phone and call him.

I can't say enough GREAT things about RK&M Claims Consulting **** Especially, *******. She was and is an ACE After Hurricane **** our insurance company tried to low-ball us with an offer that barely covered a fraction of the damage. We felt completely overwhelmed and defeated. Thankfully, we found RK&M Claims Consulting, and they turned everything around for us.*******, our agent, was absolutely amazing. From the moment she took on our case, she was a tireless advocate for us, fighting tooth and nail to make sure we received the compensation we were entitled to. The team at ******** incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always had our best interests at heart. They even came to our home to help finalized everything in person. This is the company to contact if you have a major hurricane or a significant homeowners claim. My only regret is that I did not contact them initially.Having worked as an insurance agent in the past, I thought I could depend on the system and communicate directly with the insurance carrier. However, I was consistently undervalued and had to constantly correct their misinformation about the property, the damage, and start the process all over again because of frequent changes in claims handlers, which led to sloppiness and communication issues.I finally got fed up, went to a friend who referred me to R&K. ******* and ******* at R&K did a great job in putting some fire back into my claim from Hurricane *** and essentially documenting and guiding my claim to a 60% increase. Yes, depending on your situation it can be a long process, but this was the best way for us to fight back and also move on. Thank you R&KRK&M Claims Consulting Inc.

After Hurricane ***, we had no idea where to turn to get a professional advocate for insurance restitution. A client of RK*M spoke highly of ******************* and gave us their phone #. ******************* have extended experience in working with insurance companies during weather disasters. With that knowledge and experience, they started working on the other side of the equation - for the property owners who were traumatized with the disasters. We believe they have a unique background of knowledge and experience that prepared them to be the perfect advocates. We appreciate the time that ************ spent carefully checking every damage detail so he could present a thorough report to our insurance company. 5 starsLong process but worth the wait RK&M made the ***************** pay up despite their reluctance to do so with their one sided Appraisers. Communication could have been better but understandable with all the claims from Hurricane ***. In the end, RK&M presented their case and won with a third party Arbitrator / Umpire. Happy we chose RK&M to represent us. Could have been settled a lot sooner if the ***************** cooperated earlier in the process, but this was expected.Review fromWendy B
