These folks are real Crooks. They put new metal on my lanai August of 2024, and I immediately had leaks that I never had before. Brandon came out once and caulked it, but it didn't help. Now he dances with every reason under the sun to not fix his faulty workmanship. He's even trying to put blame on my brand new shingles roof. Theses folks are difinate cons preying on seniors like myself.

******, I have attempted to come back out with a separate roofer and do a water test on the section that is leaking. I have explained before that I truly believe it is the gutter system on your lanai porch where you have water running back into the roof when it rains. Even after sealing the metal in the entire area from the bottom to the top of the roof you called saying it leaks with a light rain. A light rain can not make its way a 1/2 up ribs and back down causing a leak which is why I believe it has nothing to do with the panels that were installed but the gutters where water would accumulate even with a light rain. Even though you have called me names, accused me of everything under the sun I still have tried to setup a day to meet the roofer out to perform this water test in order to determine where the leak is. If you would allow this to happen it will pin point the area thats leaking and we can see who was right after all. If the small chance its the metal panels then its not a big deal to fix but if the leak is being caused by something else that has nothing to do with my metal does that still make me responsible to pay for the water test?
