    I had my generator serviced/repaired last May 2023. My RV/generator was under warranty at that time. After completion of work from Affordable Mobile RV, I was given a bill for $1,175.10 which I paid. I called Onan generator to see if it was under warranty and it was. I called Affordable Mobile RV and asked if they could kindly submit a claim (per Onan rep, the technician that repaired/serviced generator was the one who had to submit the claim) after going back and forth with Affordable Mobile RV, leaving voicemails with no response. I received a text message on 3/15/24 reporting that Affordable Mobile RV has been going back and forth with **** in submitting the claim and each time Onan is needing more information, which I understand. Per our last text message on 3/15/24, **** is looking for the "purchase invoice" to be submitted from Affordable Mobile RV. I have been calling Affordable Mobile RV since last text message on 3/15/24 and haven't heard back from them. I can't help but feel they are putting me on the "backburner" meanwhile it's coming up on one year and I will not be able to put a claim in for reimbursement. I'm writing to BBB in hopes that I can resolve this issue as it's coming up on the one-year **** and Affordable Mobile RV has been ignoring my calls. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
