5 starsSES doubled the number of our solar system panels because the initial company misjudged our needs. SES in ********** did a great job from the start to finish. This is a very incompetent company their phone skills are ridiculous their technician skills are Are even worse. I called them to service my Enphase solar system to replace some inverters back in June of 2023 the technician that worked on the system left some end caps off of the wires at the end of the system. The circuit breaker started to pop every time the system got wet I notified them there was a problem they told me to change the circuit breaker that they did not do that so I did. And when I did the problem continued to happen now more frequently it took them 6 months to come back and look at the problem arguing with me then that they did not do that that somebody else was on my roof and had done that but graciously they were going to stand behind it anyway**** there was nobody else on the roof I waited 6 months without the use of my solar panels having to pay an electric bill when they did show up it was the trainee that found the uncap laying in my gutter there is still one panel out on the other end of the system that they had worked on also and now they are telling me that they do not take any new service calls this is not a new service call this is a warranty job on the service they already did they do not want to stand behind their service and they do not want to admit when they were wrong. Not until I got enphase corporate office to email them about this problem that they even answered my phone calls and now once again they are giving me the runaround this is not a way a business should conduct Themselves

First and foremost, we want to clarify that we were not the original installers of your PV Solar System. The installation was carried out by ******* **** *** in 2011, with Electrical Work conducted by ******************************* documented in the ****************** Permit Portal.
It's crucial to understand that warranty responsibilities rest with your original installer, ******* **** ***, and Enphase. Throughout our multiple visits to your property to service your system, we noticed that only one service fee payment was made. According to our records, there should have been a service fee payment for each visit, along with additional fees for any work outside the original scope. Please be aware that we do not cover the costs or offer free service calls for systems/work not originally done by our company, and we communicated this policy to you before our initial service call.
While we recognize your concerns about recurring issues, our records indicate that each visit was for a new issue unrelated to previous work. Despite not being the original installers, we exerted every effort to assist you during these service calls without you wanting to pay for our services. It's essential to highlight that we did not send trainees; ALL service calls were handled by our experienced Field Manager.

They sized our system properly, did a fast and neat install, got all permits and had the best price of 3 companies. Oh the hurricane *** did no damage to any part of it. We are totally satisfied.Solar Energy Solutions of America, Inc.
