- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our shirts we will go above and beyond to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. As soon as we get the shirt back (must be unworn and unwashed) we will issue a full refund to the client if it is applicable. The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will also be refunded as well as any taxes. However, we will only return the shipping costs if it is a mistake on our part like sending a shirt a size smaller. Please send us an email or call us for more information on the Return or Exchange process.
