    I hired ************************* of SWFlorida Films to provide me with one photo to use on a roommate search website. He came to my home and took photos for about an hour. A few days later he sent me a link to my pictures and they were all bad. I emailed him to tell him the pictures are bad and I asked for a refund. After that he removed all the pictures from the link he sent me and refused to give me a refund. I filed a complaint through the website I hired him from and theyre not holding him accountable. He sent the link to the pictures again and said I could have access but access required a PIN number that he refused to give me. He still has my money and I have no pictures. I dont want them anymore because theyre so bad. I still need a picture so I have to hire another photographer so I really need a refund. He uses a different last name on his cash app from what he uses for his business. I think hes a scammer.

    Customer contacted me for a portrait photoshoot. I tried to build rapport with the customer before we started the session. I always try to make the best experience for everyone. We had coffee and then guided the customer for different poses for candid shots. We even played some music. Before leaving her house I even told her that if she finds something that she does not like with her portraits that I can do her photoshoot again for free. I took much longer time with ***** compared to other customers to make her happy. She seems very unhappy with the results which is uncommon with my customers. She states that she looks nervous in her pictures. Also she falsely claims that the *** required to download the pictures was not given to her (screenshot of the conversation is attached)

    Multiple threats and discriminatory comments were received by this customer. I kindly offered the customer a free photoshoot at no additional cost that she refused.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is another link that doesnt work, as per usual. All I get from him are links that dont work or are password protected. I dont understand why he wont give my money back. Its one thing just when the pictures are poor, its another if he refuses to provide them. If he thinks the things Im saying about him are terrible, then the things hes doing are terrible because Im just repeating what he told me.

    He told me to put on music and I opened ******* on my tv and while trying to choose what to play I realized how weird it was and turned the tv off.

    I dont want anymore useless links, if he wont give me a refund Ill file a complaint with The ******* ********** of *********** and **************** so his business practices are memorialized there too. Im trying to stop short of The ***** but Ill go there ultimately if I have to.
