Primal Queen is a supplement company that offers products through a subscription model. According to their stated policy, customers may cancel their subscription at any time and are eligible for a full refund on their most recent order if they are not completely satisfied, provided the return is made within 365 days of purchase.I subscribed to Primal Queens products for several months but ultimately decided to cancel after noticing no significant benefits. In accordance with their refund policy, I requested a refund for my most recent order, which remains completely unopened. Per their process, customers must email ****************************** to initiate a return and receive a return label.I have emailed this address four times over the past week without receiving any response. My third email clearly expressed the urgency of the matter and noted that I would need to escalate the issue if I didnt receive a reply. In my fourth and final attempt, I informed the company that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I continued to be ignored.I am simply requesting the opportunity to return an unused, unopened product in exchange for the refund explicitly offered in their policy. At this point, I am concerned about the companys lack of response and failure to honor their stated guarantee. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.Customer Answer

I was scammed by a version of this company. They are refusing to help me with this. They should reimburse me for the money someone scammed from me by impersonating them. They also claim to have a 365 day guarantee of satisfaction but when I asked about it they want all their product back. How can I know if Im satisfied if I didnt us it? I found this company through Instagram, after I ordered their product not once but twice they claimed that I won a free reward and never sent it and they have never responded to my message asking what happened. Also, I had sent a message asking if I wanted to cancel my subscription how I would go about doing it; I got no response and they ended my subscription meanwhile nobody communicated with me or even told me that my subscription was ended. I only found out through my Bank after I got a refund. I never intended to end my subscription. I was simply asking how I would go about doing it if I chose to do so. I have several problems with primal queen. The first issue is no where on the packaging or websit does it list iron content. Because of this I would have no idea that I was consuming so much iron that my liver and kidneys are under extreme stress due to high iron content. I do not take any other supplements and have never had this issue until recently taking these products. I went to pause my subscription while trying to figure out what was going on with me and I was charged regardless. Within 5 minutes of being charged I reached out and was told tough they cannot issue refunds or cancelations. I explained that I paused the subscription and they did not care. I was told to stop taking these supplements by my PC as they are putting my vital organs under stress. My labs are insane. I want to be refunded for every single order I have paid for as I never would have purchased if I knew there was such a high iron content. I saw ads a few times on Instagram for a beef organ supplement for women, to get all the benefits from organ meat without eating bc of the taste. Specifies that it's formulated for women only. I finally decided to look into it. I saw so many great reviews, & they claim to have a 365day return policy. After 2months with no change, I started to look for bad reviews, none. After 3 months of no results, I decided to go back to their website. I found reviews & realized I could search by stars. There's some health, **************** complaints. They mean after your last order, you have 365 days to request a refund, but they only offer to refund the last shipment. So I spent $196, saw no results & get $49. I should have looked at the return policy more closely but they purposely word it that way to trick you. They also provide a little card to chart out what you should expect to see over the next 12 months, that reinforces, you have a yr. They also want the unused product back, that you must pay to ship back. That means you can have them for a yr, combine them in the jar they provide, & could potentially have capsules of organ meat powder for a yr. Then from your last order, decide you don't want them, cancel & keep putting off the return for 365days. This could mean the handful of pills left that they want back, are 2yrs old. They want you to send the unused ones back to process the refund. They don't ask for the jar to be returned. In my case, the ones left are the damaged ones that were in each package I received. Waiting on a response. Seeing the reviews of women having ****************** seeing no results makes me feel like they're stomach pain I had could have been from them & that they could recycling them into new packages. Which also explains why some capsules are busting, bc they're older. The 2nd & 3rd orders also looked lighter in color, which was another red flag. I think it's a serious health issue that needs to be looked into & an extremely deceitful company.Customer Answer

I actually have some more info I'd like to attach to this complaint.I knew I saw the terms somewhere, "100% money back guarantee" and "risk free". It states it clearly in a small FAQ section near the bottom of their website, no limitations listed here. Why would anyone look into it further after reading this? If something says a statement very plain and simple, with no asterisk or mention of limitations or fine print, you're not going to looking for it. Especially after seeing 365 day money back guarantee plastered all over their website, social media and ads. It's false advertising and fraud. You can even see they have a note for their free shipping, nothing notated for the 100% money back guarantee. It does not notate any stipulation here on 100% money back. So again, why am I going to go looking for anything otherwise?In addition, on the progress card they send you, the results listed are not entirely noticeable in the first 3 months. Plus, it encourages you to keep going (I attached front and back photos of that.)I also attached the proof they only refunded me for one month even though I kept my subscription for 4months, as shown in the screenshots attached to the original complaint. And I attached the complete correspondence that I had with them about receiving a refund. There is no phone number or specific name for whom I'm speaking with. There isn't even any third party testing label/mention on their packaging, which is what prompted me to go to their website again tonight.
