    My landlord tells me to contact then directly for any issues with the water system that I couldn't fix on my own. (I'm not a water system tech, but I do what I can). Landlord had a monthly service contract with ***** and didn't come out on a routine basis, and tanks weren't clean like needed, and salt wasn't added. When leaks or system would go out, landlord told me to call ***** directly. So many issues kept happening, like no water, pumps going out, pressure switch, pressure tanks, etc... any time someone would have to come out, I wanted to be notified so I could be home and see what was wrong and see the work being done (since there times of people skipping over things) but I was never contacted but stated they had shown up but I saw no work done. I was even home and they never knocked on the door to tell me anything and nothing had changed with the system. Then when a EMERGENCIES happened (no water), I called and it went directly to VM. They had blocked my number. ***** attempted to say it was a mistake. I asked him to look into it and he claimed it wasn't blocked still. Still to this day, I am still blocked. I found out because my system has gone out yet again and my landlord told me to call him to get it done and I can't get anything done because ***** has me blocked. Customer ********************** is Trash and have no respect, even though the LANDLORD told ME to call ***** directly!!
