    Had Joel out today to fix problems with pool pump not working. Resolved the problem very quickly. Great company that I would highly recommend.

    We love water medic. All staff that we've been involved with have been very professional and very knowledgeable. ***** comes and cleans our pool weekly has the best attitude and is very professional. He really cares about the customer and wants to do the best job possible. When there's an issue with the pool, he's quick to make a ticket so to get us the service we require. **** is always on top of things when we have questions. ***** and **** are great when they come out and fix things that need to be replaced. We would highly recommend this company for your pool needs and water needs.

    I thought I had a water pressure issue with the ** system ... It ended up needing a pressure gauge. ...******* went on the check my 2 pressure tanks and brought them up to the correct LBS....He also made sure the well head and the the inside pressure regulator were in sync. ... The on and of control for low end and the high end were reset to the correct levels for the RO and the well. ... I did my best to make this as clear as possible: ...     We love Water Medic! We have been customers of Water Medic since 2009...two different homes and one rental home...they consistently provide excellent service. I am a realtor and have referred many of my clients to Water Medic and none of my clients have been disappointed with their service! We just had a problem with our well pump 2 days ago...we called and a technician came out and did some troubleshooting and determined we needed a new well pump. They scheduled us for the NEXT day. We called ******* (the owner) and he called us right back...we asked some questions about whether it could be something else and he said he would have his well pump crew do some more trouble shooting before they replaced the pump. Yesterday ***** and ****** came out...replaced a switch which could have been the problem but found it really was the well pump. These two professional, knowledgeable and patient technicians walked us through every step of the job...WOW!!! What a wonderful experience!! Thank you ******* for always coming through for us!!! We will ALWAYS recommend Water Medic to all our clients and friends!! Also, their annual whole house RO program has saved us lots of money, too!!
