    So many issues from start to finish. Impact windows initially ordered in incorrect size. Reorder took months. MagnaTrack installed with holes in it. Reordered in incorrect size. Appointments set up without product in stock and so many other communication issues. Just a completely unnecessarily frustrating process that took over 8 months from start to finish. You buy impact windows and shutters for peace of mind and this company delivers anything but that. If I could leave a lower rating, I would.

    I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received from Florida Window Geeks. The owner, Joe, was so kind to respond to a post I made on Cape Coral’s community Facebook page asking for help on an issue I was experiencing with one of my windows. He never tried to sell his services, but instead just offered “neighborly” help trying to guide me in the right direction. Heck, I did not even know he owned Florida Window Geeks until I asked if he could recommend any local companies that could help with the needed repair. Joe immediately took ownership of my issue and was able to contact the window manufacturer and order the replacement part needed to fix my window! The exceptional service did not stop there, the office staff was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, from scheduling and confirming the repair appointment to following-up after service was completed. The technician showed up as promised, was very friendly and professional! Thank you Joe and team at Florida Window Geeks, you have definitely won our business in the future and will be recommended to our friends and family that need your services!!

    I am so disappointed in the service with Florida Window Geeks. My sales representative Marcus was great and perhaps why I went with them. I was told 9 months then took 13 months for partial install. Still have not completed 16 months later and now have rain seeping through because was never finished, With all the rain. I have called several times to be told I would have someone come out right away. Managers guaranteeing would be addressed immediately. Three months later still not completed. And still no screens. They are much higher priced than most companies but was assured because of their service. You are setting yourself up for disappointment with Florida Window Geeks.

    Horrible experience. Delayed install for months. Started project then Delayed again for a month. Submitted to credit company before job was finished and then never completed he job once they got paid. I'm stuck paying for a job that was never completed properly.

    We had shutters and screens installed on our home while we were away on vacation. We placed our trust in Window Geeks and we are very pleased with the job they did in our absence, Everything was done perfectly. This is the kind of business you'll want to deal with whenever you need shutters or windows. Better than five stars.
