I had a negative experience with this company. They are not dedicated to provide good customer service. I provided them with plenty opportunities to refund my money of $265. They cancelled on my wife and I to ride horses on the beach. This was suppose to be part of an anniversary present I was giving to her. They told me due to some winds that were coming in; they were not able to provide me this service. I was at the location on the beach where I was suppose to meet with the horses and there were no winds on that day. I call them constantly and leave them text messages to refund me my money and I have sent proof of my communication with them on here. I live over 6 hours away and won’t be going back that way. They do not pick up the phone and you cannot leave a message on their voicemail because it says their voicemail is full. I text them and informed them that they should not be stealing from their customers and should refund the money they owe. It's been almost 2 months and still no response. The ride was supposed to be on Feb. 11, 2023. They took the $265 out of my Bank of America account on Jan 6, 2023. Now they are telling me they are going after my career because I’m a cop for harassment. I sent you copies of our text of them threatening my job. The communication started today with their responses and I sent them through the uploaded documents. In todays conversation still no resolution or attempt to resolve the matter but that they are blocking me and filing a civil and harassment case against me because of my career.
