    I ordered the cage specialist certification course from Gang Enforcement through my department. I completed all modules and took the final exam on 12/31/2022. The email I received to start the exam stated that it was due by 1/1/2023 and that the results would be emailed to me by 1/2/2023. It is now 1/9/2023 and I have not received results. I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemails at their listed number. I have received no response to either. I have to be able to show that I completed the course to my department. This company has had over a week to respond to my many emails and multiple voicemails but has not I'm beginning to think there won't be results and that myself and my department has been scammed.

    This issue has been resolved by the company. They contacted me and informed me the results and certification were on their way.
