5 starsProfessional, ethical, honest, hard working. Rafael ***** is outstanding. The only negative was he was so busy we had to reschedule our initial appointment. But he came on Saturday morning to evaluate my water mitigation need. Unlike another company who was ready with an $1800 quote and contract, he walked me through the entire process and explained why I didn’t need mitigation. 5 starsWe hired Pro Tech to clean the air conditioner ducts in our home. We were very happy with the service that was provided. Rafael and his son are very trustworthy in your home. They showed up on time. They did an excellent job! Before hiring their company I had several quotes for the same job. Pro Tech was by far the best price. I will definitely be hiring them again! 5 starsOur 2 year old daughter was sick almost every week with asthma and allergies and even tho Mr Rafael had a very busy schedule, he made the impossible to squeeze us in and WOW... is being almost 5 months now and our daughter had not gotten sick not even once! The Pro-Tech team provided over/the/top service. They completed mold remediation and cleaning, explaining the process every step of the way! They also completed additional work when they noticed a couple of issues not included in the quote. I highly recommend this vendor as they were very professional and provided superior customer service!!
