    Housekeeping stole my kids Christmas toys! ****************, housekeeper at ***************************, cleaned our room at 1pm checkout. We realized at 3:30pm we left two very expensive ****** toys bought the night before @***************** in the room and went back to get them. The room had just been cleaned and ******* was the housekeeper. She did not see them! These toys lit up, made noises and spoke phrases. They were big enough for a blind person to see. I left the windows and doors open when we left to go to the playground. I thought it was odd that the curtains and sliding glass doors had been closed when the maid across in building 4 was cleaning with all the windows open so you could see everything she was doing. ******* congrats you stole my kids hard earned Christmas toys, I hope your kids enjoy them until you go to jail. A police report has been filed and reviews on BBB, ******* yelp, etc are starting. Filthy company with scum working for them. There were hairs on our towels and in the bathroom counter at check in. Housekeeping is too busy stealing guests property than cleaning!! This is the 2nd incident like this to happen. Last time it was a wallet.
