    I paid in full for slight sedation and for TWO tooth extracted at this practice. My husband had to wheel chair our out my son. After procedure I was informed they only took out one tooth, and the reason was my son was combative age 8 wheeled out due to limited mobility after slight sedation. I contacted the office and told them I paid for 2 extractions and they gave me the run around. They then proceeded to say I will receive my FULL refund due to the issue within the next 11 days per policy. The following day I receive a letter from their office telling me theyre breaking up with myself, and my family. They told us we are no longer patience. The owner of the practice never called like promised and they lied, and lied. They also tried to intimate and use scare tactics to have me be quiet. I was informed to have the other tooth removed I would have to pay another ******. I already paid for this whole ordeal up front. After doing more research my insurance covers most of this and they robbed me blind. If you look at their reviews I am Not the only one having this issue. Truly so disappointed. Attached is the business telling me I would be refunded. NOTHING yet.

    Thank you so much for your support. The business decided to do the right thing and I was finally refunded. I appreciate your help. Solution has been reached
