    Was awesome until they got their money! Weeks there is no update, I see that my order was picked up, but nothing has been updated with tracking. I call, email, try their chat, and text with no reply. Today, I get back on the chat and simply ask if I can get some assistance, and they replied! I give them my order number and they tell me that my order is being held (but not where it was being held) because of "insurance fees" and this has never happened before. As soon as I say that sounds fishy, and I want the order canceled and money refunded or for them to pick up my order from their crappy shipper and sent via UPS all communications stop. We did our research and all seemed ok, we have even purchased some of their products through a store near us. Figured all I can do now is blast to the world to NOT do business with them and go to my local store that carries their products and make sure they know how poor Midwest Powders is!
