      I booked service with ***** from Help us move again company for moving my furniture from ******* to *******. I paid $1250 in advance on Dec5 2024 and they cancelled the service saying truck is broke down . ***** sent me a screenshot of refund which is not in my account even a month later . When i disputed with bank , the moving company reported to them that the service was completed and never cancelled. ********** moving company and when I contacted ***** from the moving company , he told that they accepted the dispute but looks like they are lying and took money without the service . The dispute is pending .

      ***** ******, Were very sorry you did not have a great experience with our business and wanted to apologize on behalf of our entire team. A Full Refund was giving back to you, plus you file a dispute with your bank on the same matter, Mr. ***** you Cancelled our service while we were at your residency. Then you hired us again the following week to only end up cancelling again. You cancelled on us twice. Wed be more than happy to help facilitate a further resolution. if you could please contact us directly at ************.

      My apartment complex Bay Pointe Apartments, contracted Help Us Move Again LLC, to pack and move three rooms in my apartment into a *** that my company had in my driveway. They were contracted to pack/and move my things on 12/26/2023 into the **** and to return on 12/28/2023 to unpack the *** and move everything back into my apartment where they got everything from. When ***** and another guy showed up at 5:30 PM on 12/28, I asked ***** what happened to the other guy that worked with him on 12/26 and he stated he didnt know, that he had been calling the guy all day and he didnt answer his phone. My King 4 poster bed was damaged, and when I asked Chir about it he stated that the one s**** on the pole was bent. He tried to straighten it and then tossed it on the bed when that didnt work. Another back pole fell off and hit me on the head, and it was broken off the bed, instead of screwed off when taken the bed down. Pole are scratch all up too. When I asked about where my porcelain dolls were, he said in a garbage bag. One is damaged as well. ***** walked out before the job was finished and all furniture assembled. As i started to unpack, I noticed that things were thrown into garbage bags, and bottle of purfume/ lotions on top of clothes. Items are missing; *********************** tote bag with my GoPro Camera, and a ton of accessories, the clothes and belts that were hanging behind my door, where the bag and camera and a accessories were ******** ************************ pen, Ring security camera that was sitting on my kitchen counter, Today, I drove out to the address and its a *** Store, now thats the address on the contract, and on his website. No PO BOX include as part of his address. *** sent him emailsof the damages, and pictures of, and no response. Included items that were missing so far at time of the email.

      I drove to their business address yesterday, and it was a *** Store (see attached photo).  I also contacted the ******* ********** of ************************ Services on yesterday, and they verified that their business is not licensed.  So he lied to my daughter, the complex staff that he was licensed and insured.
