Jamey has refused to sign off that there are no liens on our home and will not communicate with us. He never provided an electrical contractor and we had to put in our own electrical items, then he refused to reimburse us! He uses very shady subcontracts in order to maximize his profits and even refused to give us the keys to our home. He was all accommodating until he got his money, they he refused to communicate with us!! Go to Lake City for your Deer Valley home and save yourself a lot of headaches!!!

I would like by thanking. Mrs. ********** for her business, But the problem about the contractors is not our fault. They were told up front these contractors we use they did not have to use them, that they could find their own contractors. The electrician we normally use does not have the equipment to do jobs 20feet in the air and we did not know this. We reimburse the ********** all the money we had allowed to do electrical hook-ups.They refused to release the money owed from the bank and when i told them since the C OF O HAD BEEN ISSUED, WHICH MEANS ALL INSPECTIONS HAD PASSED, They needed to sign are final draw check. They said they would not until all factory service had been done. The paper work they signed states customer would not hold up our funds due to factory service issues. But the big problem came when they had already moved personal items into the home but did not want to pay for the home. Another issue was they chose their own bank, and the guy they were working with was not working with after everything was done. Who ever took over the file said they needed a contractor release letter signed by us. I had already signed one with the original processor , so i told them i would sign another but i wanted something in writing we would not be charge anything because they were reimbursing the Stricklands monies back from their loan and just wanted to make sure our dealership would not be responsible for any of those monies since we already reimburse them the monies we had allowed which was the reason the *********** wrote this compliant because their bank refused to send me a statement written that we would not be charged any of the cost they were reimbursing them. It`s funny that when we needed our money they didn't want to sign the bank release for our monies , but sent a BBB complaint out against us, when does the companies get to write a review against the customers that try to cause us harm. Were not perfect but bust our butts for our customers . But this is the world we live in until JESUS comes back.
