    This business has been nothing short of poor customer service. I have ordered twice from this business. The first time I ordered, it took slightly longer than expected but was not terrible. For the second order I placed with this business, it has already taken two months for my order. I have reached out to the owner and she has made excuse after excuse, ultimately comparing the lies with another customer (a co-worker of mine that also ordered from her). When asking for a full refund since she could not produce the products I had already paid for, she refused to refund me my money. After speaking with others in the community, she has done this to them before and taken her Facebook page down for a while then reactivated it once things cooled down. After many conversations back and forth with her and the refusal of a refund, I had to contact the local Sheriff's Department and have them get involved. I never write bad reviews for businesses but this one has me at my wit's end. Please order with caution. I would give her a no star review if I could.
