    I ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BAUCOM PAINTING TO ***** MY GARAGE AND PAINT MY SIDEWALK AND ****. THE AGREEMENT WAS DATED 01/09/24 WITH A DEPOSIT OF $221.00. AT NO TIME DID MR. ******************** EXPRESS TO ME THAT HIS WORK WAS NOT GUARANTEED, HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE HAD SOMEONE ELSE COMPLETE THE WORK. ONCE THE *** WAS COMPLETE HE WAS PAID THE REST OF THE AGREED UPON PRICE WHICH WAS A TOTAL OF $2,214.00. THE FOLLOWING DAY I CALLED BAUCOM PAINTING AND LET HIM KNOW ABOUT A DIS*****ATION ON THE GARAGE *****. THEY WERE ALSO SUPPOSED TO REPAIR ANY CRACKS OR DAMAGE ON THE ***** BEFORE COMMENCING THE ****** HE ARRIVED AT MY HOME AND AGREED THERE WAS DIS*****ATION AND THAT HE WOULD RETURN TO FIX IT. IN THE MEAN TIME OUR GARAGE WAS NOT USABLE. HE THEN RE-EPOXIED THE **** THAT HAD THE DIS*****ATION (3/4 OF 2 CAR). AGAIN I CALLED BECAUSE OF THE ***** IN THE ***** PART, HE CAME AND REPAINTED LAID DOWN MORE FLAKES AND RE-EPOXIED THAT ****. I CALLED AGAIN THIS TIME HE ASKED THAT WE WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS. 2 WEEKS LATER I CALLED AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE OUT FRIDAY. FRIDAY CAME AND WENT, I SENT A MESSAGE TO HIM AND HIS RESPONSE WAS I AM IN THE HOSPITAL AND I WILL COME OVER WHEN I RETURN HOME. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT HIM BY PHONE. I THEN SENT A MESSAGE TO WHICH HE RESPONDED WITH I DO NOT GUARANTEE MY WORK AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER ABOUT THE ISSUE. I SENT A REGISTERED LETTER WHICH HE DID NOT RESPOND TO. THERE ARE OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE *** AS WELL ***** BRUSH MARKS, CRACK, PUDDLE OF *****, GRASS THROUGHOUT THE *****. THEN WHEN MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER PULLED HER CAR OUT OF THE GARAGE I HEARD A LOUD TEAR. IT WAS THE ***** COMING UP FROM THE *****. ******************** SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW LONG BEFORE WE PARKED A CAR ON IT. HIS RECOMMENDATION WAS 48 HOURS, WELL IN 48 I STEPPED ONTO THE ***** WITH MY SLIPPER AND IT WAS TACKY. WE KEPT OUR CARS OUT OF THE GARAGE FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. HE HAS REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY.

    *********************** floor was a new garage floor and did not have any visible cracks at the time of service *********************** complained about yellowing we repaired it ******************* complained about the color he chose we repaired it *********************** reached me while I was I. *** hospital and I did respond to him through letter and text that we can not offer a warranty on his flooring due to we can not control human behavior driving ha.bits spinning tires chemical spills vehicle leaking fluids etc but that we would be happy to help him with a manufacturer warranty request *********************** has done nothing but make threats of suites for 5 times what the job paid etc he is very undreasonable to deal with it

    I am rejecting this response because: Mr ********************** has responded with things that are not quite correct.  We were in my garage and pointed to the crack and said we will repair it.  As far as the color is concerned it was gray.  The problem is and was the epoxy, that turned brown in.some of the garage.  He did come back to repair the problem even though it's not guarenteed by him.  Now that the epoxy is coming up from the floor and now it's not guaranteed?!  The cost to have someone remove the floor will cost additional money.  I have taken what Mr ********************** into consideration and I'm still requesting that my money be returned as well as the extra to have this mess removed.

    I agree this is a inpass of a he said she said and we have offered to help them in regards to file a manufacture warrant but on the basis that he says we havent done our job correct is absurd since he is the only complaint the bbb or we have ever received he paid for a two part epoxy he received a two part epoxy and his issue is now going to have to be with the manufacture of the product why he chooses to go after us instead of the manufacturer since the issue is still a manufacturer product issue and not a application issue is beyond my ability to help with his concerns

    I find it unfair that the BBB take it upon themselves to make this type of determination with out consulting with the person who filed the complaint.  This issue is not resolved!  I want monetary compensation is precisely  what I conveyed to the BBB.  Is there anything  Baucom painting llc provided the BBB that would allow them off the hook?  Anything the BBB has that would indicate a resolution had been reached?

    Take into consideration the emails you sent me went right to junk mail.  Very disappointed with this decision and the BBB!

    Mr ********************** seems to think that the manufacturer is going to guarantee epoxying over grass and dirt they will not. Called the manufacturer and they told me "if" there is an issue then the installer will need to contact them so they can determine if the product is at fault.  This is not a he said she said issue.  This is a.company not taking on his responsibilities as an owner.  Mr ********************** was never asked to change the color I wanted that color.
