    I strongly recommend Payne Home Improvements. ****** came out the same day of my request regarding a leak in my roof by the chimney. They scheduled & completed the repair within a couple days, even though it was a holiday weekend. For a reliable and trustworthy company, look no further. I will be using Payne Home Improvement for all my future home *************** replacement needs due to their highly dependable, reliable, and professional service.

    Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend. I only had a couple text between us. He said he could come by between 9-11 i told him i would not be there until after 4:30, He said "ok". He then texed the nexed day saying confirming 10-12? I said no thank you! I had already told him a time i was available. He then claimed he had told me he could do it without me being home. I told him we have never spoken on the phone and was a very dry text communication. He sent me a screenshot of my "missed call" claiming to have spoken to me about not being home. I reassured him we had only spoke over text and not once did he tell me any sort or thing. I have a fence and animals around my house he would not be able to access without me being home. I would not trust anyone like this with a money contract if he screws up this bad with an estimate.

    To clarify, you contacted us while we were attending to a family member in the hospital. In an effort to respond promptly, we opted for text communication to minimize disruptions from background noise.

    During our initial text exchange, you didn’t seem to object to this method of communication, as you provided details of the work needed, shared photos of the area, and gave us your location for an estimate. We proposed a visit the following day between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You noted you wouldn’t be available until after 4:30 PM, and we confirmed your presence wasn’t required. At no point did we realize you were uncomfortable with texting or preferred a phone call.

    The next day, we sent a confirmation text for the 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM visit. It appears this message was shared out of context, and we regret any resulting misunderstanding.

    As a small, family-run business, we take great pride in serving our community with care and respect. We’re truly sorry this experience left you feeling let down, especially given the challenges we were facing at the time. We strive to maintain clear communication with all clients and regret if you feel this fell short. We appreciate your perspective and will strive to do better.

    Excellent renovation experience from estimates to contract and scheduling, to workmanship, to communications with home office. Skilled professionals with a workmanship-like attitude and attention to detail and special considerations to my requirements and expectations. At the end of each day, the work area was clean with special considerations to safety and ease of access. I would highly recommend Payne Home Improvements for anyone planning a renovation project and want peace of mind the work will be completed in an expert, professional and timely manner.     Payne Home Improvement did an outstanding job on my home! After Hurricane Milton caused damage to my siding, they arrived early in the morning and worked quickly to get everything completed. The team was professional, kind, and efficient throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Payne Home Improvement for anyone in need of reliable home repairs!

    Will never hire this company for any of my clients ever again. The owner personally called me to berate me about not letting his painter start painting my clients house because his installation team hadn't finished sealing the house yet. He literally called me the person who hired him to yell at me about his teams unfinished work. Then proceeded to hang up on me. So unprofessional and disappointing.

    I am so happy that I went with Payne Home Improvements! This was the first construction job that went smoothly and the owner made sure of that! The quote was very fair and the installation crew was amazing! I would absolutely recommend working with this company.
