    WARNING!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! This company shipped me bedsheets from an online store called Linens and Hutch that claimed to be LUXURY bedding. The sheets were literally falling apart. I contacted the company via email (there is NO phone number for them) and was promised a refund. They sent me multiple emails claiming they were issuing a refund but it never came. This went on and on for months. I used ****** to pay and when I filed a dispute with ******, I was told that it was outside the 90 protection window and that there are companies that will do this, promise refunds and string you along until the 90 days is up and then you aren't able to file a dispute on them. I asked multiple times for confirmation numbers for the refund but was never given one, just told the refund had been issued. After the 90 days was over, they quit responding to my emails altogether. This is the worst customer experience ever and 7 months later, I don't have my refund. THIS COMPANY IS USING LIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS.
