  Used Honeyfund to give wedding gift to my Brother's great grandson and wife to be. Found the system easy to use. I had a change that needed to be made in my message to the couple. They responded quickly, efficiently and made the change. Very courteous also.

  We used Honeyfund last year to receive cash and gift cards for our October wedding. It was quick, simple, and clear for our guests and for us. We even enjoyed customizing the messages with [former roommate] stole our couch instead of wed like funds for new household furniture! I loved how we could add personalized pictures to the website and how simple it was for us to receive the cash into our bank account after the wedding. A few months later, on a date weekend away, we tried to cash in an Applebees gift card and it was blocked for our security because we hadnt opened the Honeyfund account in a while. We contacted the Honeyfund team and they quickly verified that we are who we say we are then helpfully opened the funds for us. We are grateful for their support! Weve recently used Honeyfund as a guest at two more friends weddings and it was super clear from the guest perspective, as well. I have recommended Honeyfund to multiple soon-to-be brides and ****** and I will continue to do so.

  I created a big headache for myself when setting up the account (put in the wrong email - my fault!!) When I reached out for support, ********************** and the whole Member Success team addressed my issue quickly, professionally and securely. They even sent me an immediate confirmation email to provide peace of mind that the problem was being addressed (on a weekend no less!). I havent taken my funds out yet, but I can confidently say that their support team is more than capable of addressing any issues, no matter how niche (not that the product gave me any problems - again, it was the result of a blunder on my part). Everyone was also really nice when I was clearly panicking, and that certainly earns them some bonus points in my book. Thanks, Honeyfund!

  I recently created a honeyfund account, and received a gift the first day for a gift card. I’ve tried multiple times to redeem the gift card balance and it says my account is not set up for redemption. I reached out and their response is I need to verify my identity and my fiancés identity with “public social media” profiles. It’s so sketchy and makes no sense. I verified my email, which has been active and in use for 10+ years, my PayPal which has been active for 3+ years, and my Amazon which I don’t even know how long that’s been up and running. I literally order off Amazon almost daily, especially with the wedding coming. Now you’re telling me my social media? That’s ridiculous considering I clicked a FACEBOOK AD for honeyfund. Seems like a sketchy way to verify identity and prevent fraud.

  Im trying to redeem gift cards but its locked due to security reasons. I've tried contact us in which they said they would reply in 24 hours but still no call.

  We can't get our money out and no one responds. They are keeping money that was given to us and it's been over a week with no reply. How do we get our money? They have no number and no one responds. Help bbb they are a fraud.

  Honeyfund took cash gifts and never sent the money to our bank account and now we can't plan our honeymoon without the money. I wish I never signed up
