      This is a complaint for dishonest, unprofessional conduct: On February 28, 2025, I contacted Pinellas Computers to request on-site service for a single issue: a blurry computer monitor display. The company scheduled a technician visit for March 3, 2025, with the understanding that the technician would diagnose and attempt to fix this issue. I was told that while on-site resolutions could not be guaranteed, my specific issueblurry screenwas understood and accepted for service.When the technician arrived, he brought only a USB stick and screwdrivertools grossly inadequate for diagnosing or resolving a display issue. He even asked if I had an HDMI cable, which I did not. Because of his lack of equipment, no diagnosis or repair could be performed. After he left, I informed the office, and they agreed that no work was done and that I would not be charged. At that point, I considered the matter closed.However, on April 9, 2025, I discovered that I had been charged $109. This charge occurred nearly a month after the visit, and without prior notice or justification. I called the company and spoke with the owner, who initially acknowledged the issue and agreed to reverse the charge. However, once I said I could not give the company a good review due to my experience, he became aggressive and hostile, told me to take it up with my bank, and sent a condescending, borderline threatening message which I have attached for reference.This company did not perform the service I requested, did not have the proper tools to do so, and acknowledged at the time that no work was completed. The delayed billing and combative communication were unprofessional and retaliatory. Their own internal notes confirm the technician did not have the basic tools necessary to evaluate a display issue, yet they still processed a payment weeks later.

      These techs are the best. They bent over backwards to solve my MINI PC problems, and did a fine job.Their prices are affordable and they solve the problem without extra charges. Their price schedule, which is clearly displayed, is what you will pay - NO Surprises!!I brought my 2 Mini PCs to them and now they are functioning perfectly.I recommend very highly.************

      It is a pleasure to deal with the crew at Pinellas Computers. Although I was not expecting to be purchasing a new computer, all in all I am happy to have had the technicians who worked with me. I plan to continue to contact Pinellas Computers for my technical issues should they arise, and also to rely on them for any support I may need in the future.

      Talented, professional, fair, rapid service...just a few of the words I use to describe Pinellas Computers. Been with them for several years now, with no reason to change to another provider. Highly recommend!
