    I have 2021 "Permanent License" and in 2023 they sent email saying they noticed that I am using an earlier version and "We just release a new astonishing version Print2CAD 2024 AI based on brand new AI tools from Expert Robotics.". Shortly after that the software would not register my software through any method and said to contact customer service. I called and no answer and left voice message. I received a call the next day and told them the error code. They said that is because the software is "incompatible" with something on the system. They cannot help and offered/pushed me to upgrade. I am running same OS and no major changes other than usual windows updates. It is "too convenient" that there was no actual problem with the software such as crash etc but that their licensing server is throwing the error flag with not actual message or cause. The software has worked fine for years but this lack of support other than the push to upgrade feels like they are pushing for upgrades.

    We understand that the customer experiencing difficulties with the software and have been unable to register it through any method. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This can happen if the new Firewalls or Virus Scanner do not accept the old software activation method digital signature (*****). The digital signature of our activation system is updated every year, and we use actually the new 256 bit signature.

    However, we would like to inform you that Print2CAD 2021 is from the year 2020, and our support for software older than three years is limited. Our personnel are not trained on older software versions, and we focus on providing assistance for our latest releases.

    Since the release of Print2CAD 2021, we have introduced newer versions such as 2022, 2023, and 2025. We continuously strive to improve our software and offer enhanced features to our customers. In a few weeks, we will be launching Print2CAD 2025, which we believe will meet your expectations.

    Regarding technical support, we provide six months of support after the initial purchase. We have sent numerous emails and letters to the customer, offering him the opportunity to upgrade to newer versions and extend his support. The customer choosed the option not to extend the support. It is important to note that we are unable to offer support beyond the specified period if the customer chooses not to extend the support or purchase the latest version.

    We have a large customer base of approximately ****** satisfied users who have benefited from our excellent software and extended their support. We value their loyalty and strive to provide them with the best possible experience.

    We apologize if our previous communication regarding upgrades and support extension was not clear or if you did not receive it. We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide further assistance without the necessary support extension or upgrade.
