    Mr. ***** was initially phenomenal to work with. Very respectful and made me very confident that he would do a phenomenal job transforming my driveway. Unfotunately, since the job was finished, the front end of the driveway would keep forming chips in the new layer which have progressively gotten worsen. I have reached out multiple times to ** ***** over a period of roughly 11 months and he was able to send out someone within a few weeks each time to fix the issues but I would keep getting more chips and cracks in the layer they installed. The last time ******* a worker with Mr. ****** showed up he actually was able to fix 3 spots perfectly well and they are still holding up very well up until now. Unforunately 2 other spots (which were fixed on the 2nd to last time they did warranty work, which was fixed in the old way- which proved to be ineffective) ended up cracking again in June of 2024 and I reached out to Mr. ***** on June 19th which was within the 1 year warranty period for the work being done. Unforunately since then I have, per the attached records, reached out to Mr. ***** a multitude of time asking him to assist with the repair and he promised on 2 separate occasions to come assess the issue so it would get taken care of, But he never did. and for the past 3 weeks my messages have been getting read but I have not been contacted by him. Since June 19th of 2024 these chips have significantly worsening and my $8000 dollar driveway renovation already looks terrible as the driveway isn't holding up and keeps chipping even more. Moreover, a part of my contract was to have "pressure treated wood" installed in between the concrete blocks, and unfortunately the paint has been chipped off 4 times so far and they have repainted it twice, and I have repainted it once. Now it looks also very bad, and I have come to find out that they used just "regular paint" which shouldn't be used on exposed wood joints on a driveway and that's why it isn't holding up either.

    The job was completed on *** 18th 2024, which was a Saturday. By that Tuesday I notify **** **** about a crack on two of the paver. and I told him about the dark spots because it was supposed to be tan all over. They fix the pavers. To make a long story short they I come out three times. The last time they were out was in June because I called Mr. *** and requested him to come out and look at the *********** **** said well we can paint it the same color, his worker came out pressure wash the driveway and sealed it again. All I want is what I paid for. a job done correctly. I would have filed this complaint earlier, I had some medical issues.

    The driveway has bee resurfaced 12/2021 . A few months later it started to show cracks on different areas.It took months for the field manager *********************** (Who do not return messages or phone calls) to finally send somebody to repair the driveway.A couple of month later another area looked bad. Same story, messages, phone calls, finally after talking to the office and explained how upset we were .**** called back and sent an estimate for $700. !!I immediately reacted to this unfair offer . He was going to talk to the owner and let me know. This was 2 weeks ago. I tried since to get an up date on the decision with no result.By the way we never received any receipt for all the payments made to Creative Resurfacing Co (Total $10,451.05 )

    Creative Solutions originally initiated work on my driveway in May of 2019 consisting of repair and painting with an antique finish which I was told they could do and match to the original. I do give them credit that they have returned a few times since there have been numerous problems with inconsistent color, blotchy appearance and bubbles that occurred and popped after the driveway set up. This last time I contacted them 10/17/22 and sent pictures they said it looked like it was a pressure wash problem. The driveway has not been pressure washed and they said they would send someone out, which they did. They then informed me that there was another product used on the driveway. Creative Solutions is the only company that has done anything on the driveway and all issues are the result of what they have done. As stated the color is inconsistent and blotchy and areas have popped bubbles. I am requesting that they return, sand blast and redo the antique finish matching the existing house trim. My neighbor 2 houses down has the same style driveway and had his driveway done, the paint is consistent with antique accents and looks great.

    More than three years after job was completed the Customer complained about a stain on his driveway. CRS inspected the stain on 10/18/22 and determined that (1) the stain was clearly not caused by CRS (photo attached) and (2) the job was well outside of the warranty period. Customer's claim for warranty covered repairs was denied.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I totally reject this response, as stated the driveway was initially done 3 years ago however as my pictures show it was never done correctly and is blotchy, there is no consistent color and has popped bubbles showing the undersurface. The company was aware of this and representatives who viewed the driveway agreed and tried to correct, most recently the following occurred. Representative ****** was at the house 2/27/21, ***** 3/29/21, ***** 5/20/21. In each instance the driveway was not blended in. This time frame is certainly within the warranty period and this company is the only company that has touched this driveway. If this company is unwilling to repair this driveway I would appreciate a refund of $2,500.00 so that I can get it done correctly to its original state.
