    Business name: Paquetera Pro Marcos LLC.Complaint: The owner of this business, Marcos, asked for ******** cash (USD) so he wouldnt have to pay taxes, to deliver my items from the *** to ******. The delivery was not delivered on time, it was delivered over a week past the date of delivery. They also split the delivery into two deliveries a week apart. Some items were damaged (I have ************* of the damaged items). They also took 6 of my own brand-new ratcheting tie-down straps to secure all of my items, they did not return these straps to me after delivery like they said they would. When I tried to reach out to him it was almost impossible to get in touch with him as he did not answer my calls or return them. I had to show up at his place of business without prior notice in order to find him. I advised him of the issues, he said its a part of the transportation and theres nothing I can do to fix the issue I asked about my straps that he said would be given back to me at delivery, he offered me different straps that were "cheaper" and not as heavy duty as the straps I originally had that they had taken.
