    I placed an order online from this shop on May 7. I had had some questions prior to purchasing and the owner, ******, was very responsive and helpful in making the sale.I received the order a week later, however, half the order was missing and one of the items did not fit as expected. I promptly emailed the same address to get help from ****** on May 14, but my request went unanswered. I attempted contact again on May 16, still no response. I tried responding to our earlier correspondence as well, but still nothing. Fast forward to today, and its reasonable to assume that after two weeks since ordering I will not be getting any help and I have been effectively swindled. I had originally planned to exchange the item for another size, but now Id prefer to simply return and refund, and get a refund for the unshipped items as well.

    Hi:
    We have reached out to the customer and he is right. After the initial 6 emails to advise him on sizing, our communication fell off and we didn't respond to where to send the return to. Currently he has an eta to when his items will be in and an address to return his vest to, and - while he didn't ask ** to cancel the rest of the order (a shirt and pair of socks) we have offered him that refund also after seeing it here.
