5/5 stars! If it were not for this company, I feel like I would have never started anything in this type of business model. I tried "**** authority" and had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back from them. I even lawyered up because they were holding $120,000 of my product money. After being burned I pretty much gave up and the only reason I gave why unified a try was because I did not need to put up as much money for products since they have very low minimums. Funny enough, just a few months later and I'm spending the same amount as I was with ecom authority but the only difference is that my products are actually selling and not just sitting in a warehouse and racking up warehouse fees. So yes, this company follows through, they have access to sell the products, and they actually get listed, rank high enough in search, and people buy. It's really a simple business model but its hard to find a company that can deliver. So if you are researching, just becareful out there. Look into the company, ask for proof, they are required to provide it by law and if its just 1-2 pages then you should RUN. That is another factor with Why Unified, they have a huge document, very professional that outlines the entire business model. Good luck!

Stay far, far away from Why Unfied. We made the mistake of working with them for a year, all sales were loss profits. We requested a refund after 1 yr of empty promises and on November 19, 2024, we received this email from *** at Why Unfied, "Hi there, ******.Thank you for your patience as we work to complete your refund request.I am happy to share that your request is now in its final review stage. We're closely working on it, and I'll make it my priority to follow up to keep you updated.Thank you for your patience, and have a great day!Mae Why Unified"Well, 3 months later on Feb. 15, 2025, we get another email stating this on our refund, " Hi there, ******.We wanted to confirm that your request is active and currently undergoing review. At this time, no further action is required on your part. Please note that our review process cannot be expedited, and we kindly ask for your patience as we work to process your request.Additionally, wed like to share that multiple follow-ups can unintentionally delay the process, as our system prioritizes the most recent cases. Rest assured, your request remains in queue and will be addressed as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and will notify you promptly once the review is complete.Mae Why Unified"So, here we are, March 13, 2025, no refund and no follow-up. The positive reviews you see on the BBB are actually fake. Stay away, and we have pretty much come to the conclusion we are not getting a refund. So sad they scammed soo many

Why Unified is a Deceptive company! Why Unified operates in a manner that is Deceptive. Their business model typically follows this pattern:1. Upfront Offer: Customers pay a fee for a marketing plan that promises significant profits. The company guarantees a specific return and pledges to refund both the subscription fee and any inventory costs if those profits are not met.2. Quick Setup and "Seller Rank": They rapidly establish online stores and highlight the importance of their exclusive "Seller Rank" metric. However, their "Pulse Portal," which is meant to track this score, frequently malfunctions.3. Lack of Sales and Repeated Excuses: After months without sales, customers seeking answers will find that their products are priced above competitors listings for extended periods. Despite this, Why Unified assures them that this is intentional and that sales will improve once their Seller Rank increases.4. Neglect and Policy Violations: As the contract nears expiration, communication from the company diminishes. Meanwhile, the customers online store may accumulate Amazon policy violations due to branded products being incorrectly labeled as generic.5. Unmet Guarantees and Delayed Refunds: At the end of the contract, customers often discover that actual sales are *****% lower than the guaranteed amount. When requesting a refund, they are told the request is under review and are discouraged from following up, with no clear timeline or transparency provided. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS and the billing department has everything UNDER REVIEW.

Originally signed up last year with my ****** store. In short, tried selling on ****** last year with another vendor, and it was a big fluke. Was not happy with the results at all. Decided to give Why Unified a shot with my account and it has been going above and beyond what I thought it would be. Thankfully, my ****** account was still in good shape after the last company. Can recommend Why Unified for any sellers out there!

Why Unified is a scam. They didnt come close to hitting the guaranteed revenue when signing up for the ultimate package. Now I cant get ahold of anyone about the refund of my $35,000 initial investment.

As an Enterprise Customer of ********************, I can confirm that they have fulfilled and continue to fulfill everything as it has been promised to me from the first time I spoke with the sales person. I invested a substantial amount of money ($100,000) and three months into my business, 38% of my investment has been repaid. In the investment world, this is unheard of in 2025. My account manager, *****, keeps me updated and there is never a period where I am out of the loop. Anything that she could not answer, she made sure to get answers for me. It has been a true pleasure working with her.

I don't have much to say...I just started. Everything is still getting setup and it seems to be going okay. I don't have anything bad to say or anything constructive really since my store is still in the process of being setup. I need a few months to see if my investment makes it self back and if it does then I will be your biggest advocate.

My agreement with Why Unified began on January 14th, 2025 and the start up of everything has been slow. I was pretty agitated. When all of this was over and done with, the progression stepped up decently well. The store that I was assigned had a few hundred dollars in sales in the first week and it started to increase week over week. Inconsistent is a good way to describe it. I am at the end of my first month now (since my actual store was live) and I will close with $5,400 in sales. I am unsure about my profit rate right now but my dashboard shows an average of 67%. I have not received my first payout from ****** so I am unable to confirm as it is still pending. Not considering the start up part of my agreement with Why Unified, I give it five stars.
