    ************** from initial call to close out- a total of 5 days to clean up and dry out a closet damaged by a behind the wall water pipe leak. Staff who brought out the equipment were courteous and efficient. the costs and options were explained well and executed by online signature process so had the time to read through and sign. billing was as described.

    Disaster Relief Pros helped us when we needed it - despite our problem being relatively small. A single leaking pipe can cause a lot of problems. Luckily Disaster Relief Pros were there to handle everything for us - clean up, mold check, handled insurance, they even came within an hour when a different pipe was a problem. ****** was amazing at communicating the process and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Disaster Relief Pros.

    We returned to our Clearwater Beach condo and found that a cast iron pipe had cracked and we had cat 3 water from the unit above us in our bedroom/bathroom carpet, trim, and drywall. The plumbers who fixed the pipe recommended Disaster Recovery Pros for mitigation. Glad they did. The DRP team responded quickly. Their project managers and the tear out team were responsive and communicated clearly. The emergency team, a very friendly group, got the job done in a timely manner. Tomorrow, we meet with the rebuild manager who will take us through the rebuild process.

    Had a leak behind our shower resulting in the entire shower and vanity coming out. Cannot say enough about their communication, reliability and professionalism. ****** has made us feel comfortable every step of the way with demolition and cleanup. Their crews are always here when they say they'll be. I think this group truly understands how to work with customers who are dealing with stressful and costly situations. Being on time, up front, with frequent communication has kept us sane throughout this. Thank you.

    The Disaster Recover Pros team was wonderful. They were on time, answered all my questions, and made the demolition and mold removal process as pleasant and worry-free as possible. They gave exceptional attention to keeping the work areas clean and neat. They also kept in daily contact with me, so I knew who was coming in on any particular day and their job. I never felt ignored or rushed when expressing my questions and concerns. Very ***************************.

    Thank you!!! I would give 6 stars! The considerable damage in my manufactured home derived from an occult, longtime leaking water heater, and presented with a large amount of mold, as well as carpet and vinyl damage. Disaster Recovery was recommended by my plumber. I called, and received an immediate response with a survey and a price quote for the repairs. Their price beat a second company considerably, and the work time was to be 3-5 days instead of 15! The work was done from beginning to end in the most professional and attentive manner by everyone involved I am very grateful for the help that I received in a difficult situation.
