    My garbage was not picked up the last two weeks of March 2025, they said I was on hold for nonpayment. It was my understanding I was on autopay, at least thats what I was told June 24, Sept 2024, and Dec 2024, and in Mar of 2025 I was told the same thing. I feel like for lack of pickups (8 weeks) and my time trying to resolve this issue my Jan - Mar 2025 my payment should be reversed. This company is terrible to work with, they say they will call you back HA HA. I have cancelled the service and will pick up my bin. Very poor service.

    Stay away from this company. They send email in pretext of name and billing address verification and make consumer to sign service agreement without disclosing terms and conditions on agreement. They are good at unethical and unfair business practice. I will report this to ****************** of agriculture and consumer services as well federal trade commission.. Have u ever seen 5 year service agreement for garbage service.?? At least they should learn from competitiors how to do business. They charge franchisee fee on invoice as well price hike every few months. I compare their price with reputed company atleast 35% more price. Unfortunately zero star is not option.

    Horrible company to deal with. They took over for County Sanitation January 1st (bought out). Has been a nightmare dealing with them. They did not pick up my trash twice. I call and they just make excuses. I cancelled service in January because I could see this company has zero customer service. Been trying to get refund for weeks. Sent letter to VP of operations. ***** No response. Called again today, am told refund is pending. No explanation why it was not issued. Supposedly requires someone to sign off on refund yet they never put you through to anyone in management. Call center and accounts receivable just placate, make excuses, lie, do whatever they can to avoid issuing refund. RUN from this company. I hired local company and he has 4.9 out of 5 reviews. This company deserves a ZERO.

    Our waste was recently converted to Coastal Waste And Recycling. On the first week our recycle was not picked up. I called multiple times, on 2 occasions Sherry hung up on me. When I was finally able to speak to her she was rude and would not allow me to speak with a a manager. She stated that the transition was taking longer. She asked for my address and stated she couldnt find our home or the services. I was deeply concerned as she didn't know the pick up dates for trash or recycle nor had my information in the system. She stated that she put in a ticket for a missed pick up. Sunday night we put out our trash and Monday they didn't pick it up. I had to call again, this person was nicer but they stated they had to put in a ticket, this was again, concerning because our recycle has yet to be picked up. Today is recycle pick up and my recycle is still not picked up. Luckily our trash was later yesterday but this has been a horrible transition. Their customer service is lacking, I've written reviews on google with no solution, and I've emailed them and have been ignored. If we didnt HAVE to have this service with Coastal Waste, we would 100% be with a different company.

    Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Demeaning and non caring employees . Left on hold for hours at a time. I do not recommended this company at all.

    I have been calling them approximately once a month since they switched from Orion to Coastal Waste. I've had to take pictures of my moms trash and email it to them so that they can see that someone was lying when they said they had already picked up the trash. I called on Wednesday 12/21/2022 early morning and was told it would be picked up (my moms pickup is Tuesdays)I then called again in the afternoon, still no pickup. Called 12/22/2022 and was told a supervisor would call me. Still waiting. This companies service is TERRIBLE!!

    I cancelled service last year, these ***** can see in their system that I've cancelled service and yet they won't stop sending me bills for a billing cycle that they themselves can see that I didn't have service for. I have called 3 times now to get this corrected and they just keep saying "we'll send it over to our billing department", nothing ever changes and I receive another bill in the mail for services never rendered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE WITH USELESS BILLS FROM THEM THAT THEY WILL NEVER FIX.

    Terrible service constant delay of trash pick up before the holidays & hurricanes and after ! Called several times trying to get resolution to the problem I was reassured that this will not happen again but of course here we go again Saturday morning garbage is overflowing ! I stress to them that there is a clause in my rental agreement that if there is garbage outside of containers I will be charged $25 per day until it is removed but they dont care ! Also price changes without any notification ! Time to find a different garbage company that wants to keep customers !!!

    Signed a contract with them 3 months ago at one price. Received new invoice, they increased it by $11.13, was told by a rude lady they can do that per the contract I signed. Pulled up the contract, nowhere does it state that. Have sent them multiple emails, they never respond. They promise and lie, stay clear of this company. To change companies now I will need to pay a $35 pick up charge. They have my credit card so they can bill whatever they want, wen they want apparently. State needs to look into this company!
