    They stole my money and never did anything, even bring me a bin. They dont return my emails or voicemails. This is straight robbery!

    Hi Lisa,

    I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to follow up regarding the delivery of your cart and the recent challenges we've been facing.

    Unfortunately, our internet was down all day Monday and continued intermittently on Tuesday, which affected both our phones and computers. We’re still managing the impacts of two major hurricanes that hit our area within just two weeks of each other, and we appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges.

    When our phones were working yesterday (Tuesday), we made several attempts to reach you and left a message with additional information. Although your cart delivery was originally scheduled for Sunday, our subcontractor noticed damage to the remaining cart inventory, which prevented us from completing the delivery as planned.

    We called to explain alternative options that might serve as a temporary solution, and we will reach out again today. If we don’t hear back from you, please rest assured that we will promptly issue a refund.

    Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we navigate these difficulties in the wake of the hurricanes.

    Thank you, being that Im in *********** Im fully aware of the hurricanes but thats no excuse for taking my money two weeks ago and providing absolutely no communication until I started making complaints. I have records of my emails and calls to you over the past two weeks and I have no record of a single email from you and only 1 voicemail. Please dont blame a natural disaster for taking money and then not communicating that there was a delay. Especially when I emailed you two weeks ago to find out when I get the bin. Common sense tells me you would tell me then there was a problem? So why didnt you tell me this two weeks ago? Why only communicate this now after Ive gone to the BBB? Taking my money and NOT communicating any sort of delay is poor business management and absolutely atrocious customer **********************. I have also left MULTIPLE messages that Im STILL waiting on a bin and STILL havent been given an *** for one!!!! Come on now!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE JUST BRING ME A BIN AND START TRASH PICK LIKE I PAID FOR TEO WEEKS AGO. Why is this complicated to communicate?

    They used to be good. Have to pay upfront for 3 months of service. This quarter they have missed 7 pickups. I have one left and I'm sure they'll miss it. Meaning I didn't get 1/3 of what I paid form. When I called I was talked down to, like because I'm female I don't know how to get my bins out on time. I was told they have a high end GPS and it said it had been to my home. I was asked numerous times if my bins were out. Why would I take a full bin back? I even told them that my camera didn't record their truck on my street. Was then again told their superior GPS said it was there. They said they'd pit a ticket in. The next pickup was missed. I got 2 pickups after that, but now my bin has been in the street over a week because they missed the last 3. I have 1 more pickup that I paid for and I doubt it will be done. I've asked for a refund for the month of missed pickups and doubt I will get it. I thought using a locally owned company would be better than Waste Management. WM is super expensive, but if they make a mistake they fix it that day. They don't blame the customer. It's awful they're doing this to people in this economy when many of us are just scraping by.

    I gave them the opportunity with a 3 month special they offered. They didn’t show up the first day. I called and “John” said they weren’t aware of the new customers in our area and would be out the next day. After no-show again I called and was told the driver had been pulled over with a suspended drivers license and there was no one to pickup the truck. 2 days later they showed up on their scheduled day. This past Monday they were a no show again but came the next day. Today they came at 0700 (they have never arrived before noon). My trash can was about half-way to the curb instead of the end of the driveway and they just left without emptying it. When I called I was told a notice was sent out, but mysteriously not to me. I will cancel this “service” at the end of the 3 months if not before. You can read the reviews on Yelp and Houzz and take heed.

    They Suck! Just as the others mentioned multi times missed picking up and yesterday picked up 1 can out of 3. I had out won't waste my money anymore.
