    I ordered from Cardini Defense strictly because of the "at your residence" promise of 3-5 days on April 16th. I reached out that I hadn't received shipping information. They told me it would ship the next day. I went through this process twice. On May 1st I asked for a refund. They've told me they're waiting on approval via email thread at least 6 times now. I paid this company on April 16th and have been trying to get my money back not for over a month and they just respond with "waiting for approval".

    On March 23 2025, I ordered a pistol holster and magazine carrier on line from Cardini Defense.I used ****** for the purchase,paid for expedited shipping and have received no product.I have been in contact via email with their cistomer service department multiple times in which they assure me they are working hard to resolve "my"problem.I see no effort on their part to get me the items I paid for or refund me the cost.I believe that I have fallen victim to an online scam and I am submitting this in an effort to at least alert others of this company's questionable business practices.

    I purchased a handgun holster from Cardini Defense on March 27th, 2025 for the price of $62.39 (#****). I have not received it, the customer service team has given 3 different dates, and they have stopped communicating upon be asking for a refund.

    I ordered 2 ea holsters 11-14-24 Cardini order #**** and I only recieved one holster 11-21-24. I have sent Cardini an email 5 times inquiring about when I would receive the 2nd holster and they would not say when I could expect delivery and that they were busy. I paid an additional amount for express delivery and still dont have the 2nd holster.
