    They are professional, quick, thorough, and timely. An accumulation of debris including hurricane debris was completely removed from our property. The service included before and after photos of the gutters. A great job.

    Came out to clean the gutters. Two employees in two different vehicles, one parked in my driveway the other blocked my other parking space on my property in front of my house. Never cleaned out my gutters but one of the employees backed into my car creating damage and bolted. I had to call the police. And ***'s representative came up to me and said it's a trainee he's not on the clock it's between you and him, I'm leaving. I would suggest a more reputable company. BTW I was told their policy is never to park in a customer's driveway and if they did not my car would have been in my driveway and not been hit by their employee. They do not back up issues that happened with them and their employees. They told me pretty much I'm on my own. Employee ***** in ******** photo, is the one that told me that they have no responsibility no liability that the kid was not on the clock, his vehicle and I'm on my own and he left. I have not heard from this company since and I need a new bumper!

    What actually occurred.


    Our technicians attended this job, we sent 2 technicians to do the cleaning to stay ahead an expected rainstorm. hence 2 vehicles.


    The job was rained off, the technicians left.


    ***** phoned the office claiming her car was hit by technician departing.


    We immediately sent both technicians back to the job to resolve the matter and exchange insurance details.


    As the alleged accident occurred on the street we suggested the client call the police and have an accident report processed.


    The police attended, photos were taken, both vehicles were inspected and insurance details were exchanged and verified by the police. there was a surface scratch on the bumper of Susans vehicle from the pictures I saw.


    ***** demanded redress from the company outside of the insurance process  and started making threats that she would "ruin our reputation" unless we "made it good" 


    She proceeded to leave reviews on every platform she could find, ***************** ****.


    ****** embellished version of events does not include the fact that she was verbally abusive to team members on the phone and by email, so much so that we had to block her.


    We have no issue with the fact that the minor vehicle damage will need resolved, and we have done everything in our power to resolve that, what we have not done is pay ***** the thousands of dollars she thinks she can blackmail us into paying to stop her attempt to trash our reputation.


    This review and other reviews by ***** under both her real name and fake accounts are an extortion attempt .
