My dad received a letter from them. Printed on bright pink paper. When I ran them online. I learned they are a scam. My dad passed in 2012. Even in death, someone will still try to rip you off. They are pathetic. Don't let them victimize you.

I have been receiving monthly Final Notice Response Requests from Home Warranty Division. It has the old name of my bank on it, not the current one. I finally went to my bank that holds my line of credit and they wasn't sure what I should do. It has nothing to do with my bank. They suggested I go to the local post office, which I did, they couldn't take care of it, because of the type of postage mark on the envelope. I will call them and tell them to stop now. This company should be stopped, but how?????

This place shouldn't even have my information. I'm peeved that they know who my lender even is. I told them I better not receive anything further from them.

I had actually called them about a month ago to tell them to remove me from their mailing list.
I got just today two mailers from this company. They are a SCAM and I have black listed them.
They were originally were sending them to my mom, I complained about it, here, and now they are sending them to me.. These idiots continue to harass people who have no interest in their business. They are essentially turnip vampires, which is a term to show their belligerent stupidity, it comes from a reference of vampires who are so stupid, and desperate for blood that they will try to drink the blood out of a turnip, even though turnips don't have blood.. I sent both mailers to the trash.

I receive unsolicited mail once or twice a month with no letterhead, no company name and no address. Letter indicates that I have a customer number (I have never been a customer) and my mortgage is with my credit union, which they name. I don't know how they know the name of my credit union. I do not have a mortgage, and have never had one with my credit union. Letter tells me that my property's home warranty is about to expire and it is time sensitive to re-enroll. I have never had a home warranty plan to renew.
Letter states that this is their final attempt to contact me, but apparently that's not true because they keep sending these letters! I have requested twice to have my name removed from their mailing list and they will not honor that request. It is a nuisance to receive these letters and to spend time shredding them. This is a scam! I would give it below 0 stars if I could.

Scam artist. Makes it look like official correspondence. You do NOT have to purchase their information. Shameful.

I received a letter today. The only difference from this one and the one from Warranty Protection Services was the return phone number.. I called the number and was told that this company has an A+ rating with BBB. Its rating is F!. I was scammed by Warranty Protection Service because I signed up for its "service" because I thought the letter was from my local Toyota dealer. After contacting my bank BBB and the federal government I received a partial refund. I'm still attempting to get another $300. When I called Warranty Protection to cancel, well before the cancellation date listed in the contract, I was told that I had missed the date. That was a lie by one month. This scam needs to stop, but I'm at a loss as to how that will happen. BBB can't lock these people up and will give them a high rating even if every customer rates them 1! The feds won't take action simply because a customer reports the fraud!
