      This company took pictures of our backyard for an estimate about two years ago. They were never hired to do any of the work on our backyard. Recently, they started using ******** advertisements and Internet advertisements with pictures of our personal backyard for their advertisements stating that they did the work on our backyard, which they never did. My husband and I went over to the gardening center and asked the employee who did the work in these photos and she stated we did all of the work in all of the pictures for our advertisements. This is fake advertising. I contacted the company and asked them to take all of the pictures of our home down , They did delete some of them but today again the pictures of our pool area and Home appeared in their advertisements I do not appreciate them using pictures of our home to make a profit for their company.

      BEWARE of TERRANOVA OUTDOOR LIVING OR LANDSCAPE LLC I am a very dissatisfied customer. SCAM CITY, ***************** and his so-called company holds No GC. LICENSE They use other company's license. Very fraudulent. They left the job unfinished and have been paid 90% they have failed multiple inspections. And Pasco County ******* inspector has failed them also. There is still an ******************** Inspection not completed as of 2/24/24 and this 90-day project was started in July of 2023 They have left a job over three weeks ago with minimal communication, except for the following line "Thank you for letting us know. We will get back to you as soon as possible." I've spoken with two of the owners, both very unreliable both of them speak exactly opposite of each other. Denys from *********** Makeover the other company that runs thru Terranova. They have no employees but one and they say they have many. They also say they've been doing this for 40 years and not one sub that came through to my house has continued to work for them, some subs were not paid, and I had to take it out of my own pocket to compensate the subcontractors for nonpayment. This contractor caused sufficient damage and left me hanging with an unfinished job on my property worth over $100,000. I will be filing complaints with the departments and agencies that are necessary, WE HAVE NOW FILED SUIT ON ALL INDIVDUALS AND COMPANIES for damages and incomplete work I would never Use this company. BEWARE.......... I AM STILL HIRING LICENSED CONTRACTORS TO FIX THE WORK THEY HAVE SO CALLED COMPLETED. I RECENTLY LAST WEEK 3/20/24 found 2 leaks in the water feature. We have now gone to litigation. Consumers welcome to contact me at: ************ or ******************* here are some pictures I have several of them.As a final note ****************************** (62) has many, many Records, misdemeanors, Felonys, Judgments and ***** against him and his multiple addresses and companies.How many times can you have your license suspended?

      Clearly this ex-client is on a slanderous mission and we are his new hit piece of the month. Unfortunately because of his behavior and rude demeanor no one would work on his project. He chased everyone off his property and can not politely deal with anyone. I feel very sorry for his predicament, but what can a business do when dealing with a client. who has no manner. I hope he gets the help he needs, both with his property and his health. Actively in a lawsuit to remedy the situation.

      Paid $900.00 for 3D landscape design. Never received. Was told the do not have a designer. Requested refund to no avail.

      We signed a contract with the company for a patio covering project and paid $7835.00 deposit on Nov 19, 2021. After paying the deposit, we contacted them for many times, but the company did not start the project. After half a year, we requested refund and the company agreed to full refund. Almost a year, we received nothing from them and now they stop responding to our communications.

      I entered into a contract (attached along with the credit card charge confirmed) with Terranova on March 25, 2022 for landscape and structural design services after having met with the owner, ***********************, on February 11, 2022 to discuss the project. From the onset, it was a terrible experience. I was inconvenienced by having to work with 4 individuals and continued botched work regarding the scope of the project starting with *****************, followed by ***************************, ***********************, and lastly *****************************. The details are documented in the attached "Terranova history with staff" -- suffice it to say it took from 4.2.22 to 7.6.22 to get to an approved design rendering that I confirmed as "temporary proof" on July 6th. Please note: this "corrected" version of the renderings was not done using any on-site measurements which is very unusual since they supposedly moved onto estimating the project immediately thereafter. I requested a refund early on when things were going in a bad direction but was convinced by the owner that everything would be resolved and I would be satisfied with the outcome. After I approved the "temporary proof" 3 weeks went by and no one ever contacted me to come onsite to take measurements and I never received a site plan (you can see this documented in the attached "Terranova PDF Last Emails") nor did I receive a quote -- all of which are stipulated as deliverables in the agreement. When I requested a refund for the ongoing delays and continued frustration, I received the voicemail that I transcribed in the attached document from the file on my phone. What I did receive as "renderings" do not include detailed specs or measurements so I am unable to hire another company to get the work estimated and completed -- so I've paid $1200 for nothing that is useful for my project. I already consulted another company that told me they would need to start from scratch and I would need to pay for design services again to get a proper plan.
