    Seemed normal and polite until the end of the session. At that point he became angry, encroaching on my personal space and shouted at me when I asked a question. This took place while there was no one else inside his office. I simply got up and left as quickly as possible.

    We conduct ourselves and the examination in the most professional manner possible. The post test interview is conducted in a non-confrontational manner in an effort to resolve issues that were noted in the exam. If you have a complaint with regards to how you felt you were treated, I highly encourage you to voice your complaint to the agency that you were applying through. I must remind you that the entirety of the examination is recorded with both audio and video.
