    This bank is apparently a processor for Consumer **************** I had an agreement with CFF for debt relief. This bank apparently handles your money that you give them to settle your debts. CFF was a waste of my time and money, so I had to cancel with them. I was told that $175 was taken for this banks fees. So I called them and talked to a *********. I asked if I could possibly get any refunds. She told me the fees are for the work that they do on your account. No work was done on this account. CFF did nothing, so they did nothing. I was told shed call me back the next day to see what they could do.I thought that was fair enough. I waited a few days, no phone calls. So I called her back and asked what was up, reminded her she told me shed call me back. Instead of apologizing and telling me what was up she gets rude with me, saying they will refund $50. I had also pointed out that during the months of Nov 22, dec 22 and Jan 23 my husband was laid off. I was not able to pay CFF anything at all. I was curious as to why they still charged this trust account when they werent handling any funds. I would have been fine if theyd of been fair and refunded me $75. I wasnt paying, so they werent doing anything. Although, they did nothing for us anyway. I feel like I should get reimbursed everything. Even ***** at CFF told me I should. But this ********** got all mad at me when I asked her why not 3 months? And she yelled at me and hung up. I have received nothing in the mail, this was a month ago. Like CFF, this place should be looked into for fraud/scam.
