    In October my niece and I went to *******, ** to clean up after the hurricane. This was my parents house that was given to me and my sister. My Mother collected antiques and we wanted to send these home (to ********) as they were her heirlooms and precious to us. We had no way of packing them up so we went to POSTAL ANNEX in **********, **. The fellow (owner?) ***** ******, took our items, said he would pack them and send them. I received tracking numbers etc and paid $1,500 to him. We waited until December and my niece received 2 boxes, all broken. Rishi said just claim the insurance!!!!! I received 2 boxes. One was what was to be sent to my niece, a chandelier, but it came to me. Now I have to pay to send it to her!!!! We have both called numerous times to find out where our boxes are (4more) and he had an excuse all the time (NOT his fault!!!). Now he won't answer the phone when we call or answer an e-mail. I then contacted **** ******, the "head" of Postal Annex. He contacted Rishi and Rishi said he would call me--that was 2 months ago and he hasn't called. I don't need to have him call me and give me all his excuses, I need to know where my boxes are. **** ****** said he can't do any more. I am not at a stand still. What can I do now. I want the boxes --- they are precious to me and my niece. I believe he sent them ****** IF HE SENT THEM AT ALL!!! From his comment to my niece "just collect the insurance" I wondered if he sold my items and will then tell us to "just collect the insurance" . He leaves me no reason to not accuse him!!!I want to report this so no one else is fooled by this fellow and won't use his "service". I want to find the boxes but don't know how to go any further. I would appreciate your help. I have all the receipts. Thank you.*. *******

    I had my fingerprints taken to be cleared to volunteer at my child's school. I recently checked on the status of the fingerprints and the school never received them and told me this vendor is no longer on the approved list due to many issues. I tried calling 4 times on different days during business hours to have my fingerprints resent or my money refunded, but they business never responded. I filed a complaint through their company website as well and have not heard back.

    We are a school and have parents fingerprinted at this location to check their background so that they may volunteer at our school. 2 of our parents paid $50 each and we have yet to receive the background report. We have called numerous times and no response.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will have the 2 parents who are in need of their background checks, retrieve their refund from Postal Annex directly.  If they are unable to retrieve their refund or get a response from Postal Annex, I will reach back out. Thank you for the quick response and our goal is to resolve this issue.
