    This company, Oncall Health Group LLC, located in **********, has been making unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account since Feb 2023. I called them on 11/25/24 and spoke to a supervisor, ***. He claimed I responded to a post card in the mail in Feb, 2023, called them, and agreed to the purchase on the phone with a solicitor. This is preposterous. I have never nor would I ever, nor did I purchase this or anything like it over the phone. He said perhaps Ive forgotten. That is the *** answer they give to people in my situation on BBB and is blatantly a lie. They have literally written checks out of my account. Unfortunately, as with many of the other complainants, I wasnt keeping up with my checking account. He played a recording of my voice he said was from Feb, 2023 stating to an automated recording asking for my name, zip code, bank name and bank account number. There is not a recording of a person on the phone with me agreeing to the service. While it is my voice it does not state what Im supposedly signing up for. There is no mention of signing up for anything much less recurring. I dont know how they went about gathering my voice for that information or under what circumstances.Since then Ive discovered terrible reviews on BBB about this company with dozens of F and D complaints with the same exact issue.I have done a thorough search of my phone records and cannot find at anytime did I ever call them. I have searched my digital postal records and cannot find any record of a post card. He said theyd be willing to refund 3 months worth if the recurring charges and nothing more. I told him it was unacceptable.Their offer amounts to $104.97. I declined. I want the full amount of $593.95 that was stolen from me. I have also filed complaints regarding 2 other companies operating from the same address doing the same thing, ************* and *********************. In total they owe me $1873.75.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: without knowing the amount of the refund I cannot accept this. Theyve already offered a 90 day refund which I declined. I need to see that the refund recovers what was fraudulently taken from me dating back to Feb 2023.

    Furthermore I will wait until the check clears. This company has a documented record of committing these same fraudulent acts and has dozens of F ratings and complaints exactly like mine on BBB. I dont trust anything they say. 

    As for them canceling any future withdrawals I already closed the bank account because of this. A real pain. But once again I dont trust this company that theyll do what they say.

    After reading my August 2024 bank statement, I inquired about checking account use from my wife. My wife informed me that she did not use checking account to pay bills and didn't use my account. I reviewed account again and notice strange account numbers and skip in sequential check numbers. I contacted bank (Truist) and was asked to come in. My account was closed when I informed Manager of my concerns. Bank manager reviewed statements, printed copy of each check with the names of the companies listed on the checks. I informed manager that I never heard of any of the companies or gave any of them authorization or permission to withdraw funds from my accounts. Manager (Truist) me that my account had been hacked from June 29, 2023 to August 7, 2024. We reviewed the checks and notice that printed on the following checks, On call Health Group, LLC, ********************** and ************** were authorized above my name and deposited only on the back of these checks. On call withdrew $29.95 a month totaling $419.30. Again, no purchase or any agreement was ever made to these companies (never heard of them), ************** has agreed to refund (check supposed to be within 7 to 10 days) funds. ********************** settlement is pending. A claim was filed with ********************************** in August 2024. A police report was filed in October with ********************************** (to protect mine and my family information). I was recommended to refile complaint against On call Health Group, LLC, no report of case being filed (no service update). Thank you for your time and service.

I did not enter into any form of agreement with Oncall Health Group LLC. No services were given to me. This company was presenting fake checks to my bank and obtaining payment without my authorization on a monthly basis. This company has been called on many occasions, there has been no ability to leave a message or speak to someone I am requesting that Oncall Health LLC refund me in full the amount of ******.     I discovered fraudulent, unauthorized, monthly electronic charges of $29.99 to my debit account dating back to 2022. I have incurred more than ****** in fraudulent charges. I never enrolled in this program. I had to close my checking account and I'm working with my bank to attempt to recover the charges.

    Found an unauthorized charge on my checking account appearing to have been made by me. I have never used this service and do not make video visits to my healthcare provider, as my desktop does not have a camera or microphone. My healthcare provider does its' own billing, even if I had used a video visit. I am filing an attestation of fraud with my credit union which holds my checking acount.

    See Complaint #******** regarding another fake company from this same address. On 6/27/23, my sister-in-law attempted to call retiree services for a very large company that she worked for years ago. She had a billing issue for a service that they provide. She has been retired for 15 years. She heard 10 or 15 clicks on the phone before someone with a foreign accent picked up. Her company uses offshore phone support, so this was no surprise. The person told her that they would send a $100 gift card for her inconvenience, and they just needed her to provide her routing number and account number so they could direct deposit the money. She gave it to them since she initiated the call, presumably with the company she worked for. She suspected wire fraud, and called retiree services, who told her that they had no record of her calling them. She immediately closed her bank account. She never requested services from "Oncall Health Group LLC." The letter from this "company" stated clearly that they planned to steal her money once per month. There is no "opt out" statement in their letter. Their current address is listed as ***********************************************************************************. My sister-in-law wants her $29.95 back, and she wants her stolen information removed from their database. She would also like your rating of this company to reflect the fact that they steal money from bank accounts without the owner's knowledge or authorization.
