      Company moved me to a new location. This move was the worst experience of my life. During this move some of my furniture was damaged. The company attempted to repair the furniture but there are two pieces of furniture that still need to be repaired to my satisfaction. The first piece is an antique writing desk. Upon moving, I asked the mover to wrap the desk and handle it with care. He ignored my request. The desk was damaged and the repairs created more damaged.The movers lost one of the door handles on another piece of furniture and this piece has not been replaced. I paid for replacement value insurance for this move. The company will not respond to my emails or phone calls.

      We are sorry to hear ***************** was dissatisfied with the services she received.

      She is mistaken that her desk was not protected as all furniture is pad-wrapped for protection during all moves.

      The fact that damages occured was simply an accident.  We immediately sent out a repair man to take care of the wood pieces that had very minor damage.  He has returned to her home several times to accommodate her wishes.

      This is still an active claim.

      If we have missed Mrs. ******* calls, that is a coincidence. We have been in steady communication through email and will continue to work with the customer to find a satisfactory settlement agreement.

Also, there has been no written response to my numerous emails. If the company wants to make this issue right, they can contact me via email or call me to tell me what and when the next steps will be taken.

      This offer is declined.

      I had replacement cost insurance. 

      The moving company has offered $50. compensation for the small desk. This  desk was worth no less than $6000.00, prior to the move. Although the moving company attempted to repair the piece, the inferior repairs devalued the piece even move. Prior to having it repaired, on multiple occasions, The desk should have been repaired by someone who specializes in the repair of antiques. The person repairing the desk had no expertise whatsoever.  I sent pictures of comparable desks to the moving company to demonstrate it's value. If the desk had been wrapped, as I discussed with the moving *******, the damage may have been avoided.

      The moving company has offered $50. compensation for the armoire handle (drawer pull).An employee of the moving company told me that it was going to cost $180.00 to replace the missing drawer pull but the manager did not want to pay this sum. If a replacement handle cannot be found, the hardware on the entire armoire will need to be changed. This caliber of hardware cannot be purchased for the offered amount. 

      The moving company has offered $135.00 compensation for the damage done to the upholstered arm chair. One cannot purchase fabric for this arm chair for $135.00, much less pay for the upholstery service. Originally I paid $3200 for this chair.

      Used Sunbelt Movers to move me yo *************. Had all my stuff stored until ready to move to new home. When time to receive my belongings,movers started to unload my ******** limited Edition Tool *** ,which took them Two hours to get off truck, they had to get help. They DAMAGED this tool ***.Other articles that where DAMAGED,A $3000 65"SamSung ********* they tossed a part for TV which is no longeravailable,Kitchen table chipped formica, Queen *** spring,Black glass cabinet,Shop Vac losted wheels,I have been trying to response for my claim for the last 5 months but ******************* in charge of claims dose not return calls and tex. ******************* and *************** have claim forms.*****************#************, Office#************. to this day no return calls 8/15 /22....THANK YOU......*******************************

      We are sorry to hear ******************** had a negative experience with our company.

      *** & **** were the employees working with him and they are no longer with our company.

      This shipment was in our warehouse while the customers prepared to move to *****.

      We registered this as a Bekins job as we had no other shipments headed out west.

      All documents show that the shipment had Zero damages when it was picked up from our warehouse.

      If damages took place to items after they left our warehouse, that would be the fault of the driver or delivery crew in *****.

      Unfortunately we have no control over the situation after the corporate Bekins driver loaded the shipment from our warehouse.

      We are looking into the claim to make sure that ****** followed through, and the customer has since received an appropriate settlement offer.

      We hired a moving company to move us from Riverview to Wesley Chapel. While the movers were unpacking at the new house, they frequently came in and out of the kitchen for personal use. They microwaved food, put drinks in the fridge, etc. My airpod Pros were charging on the counter in the new home in the kitchen. When the movers left at 7:30 pm, they took the airpod pros with them along with a yeti tumbler. They also broke several pieces of furniture. Do not trust this company in your home. They will steal from you. We tracked the airpod pros the next day to a home in Tampa. No one else was in the house on the day of the move.

We apologize to ********* for the unfortunate experience on moving day. Moving is stressful to begin with and we train our crews to be professional and efficient. Using the customer's microwave and refrigerator without permission should never happen. Our crews are encouraged to load a cooler in the truck with water and beverages to help in the Florida heat. Moving is tough in the Florida summers. Our dispatcher called in the crew from your job and questioned them each separately about the airpod Pros and Yeti tumbler. They reported that they did not pack, move or steal the items. They have worked for our company many years and we have never had any complaints of missing items/stealing items before. Our dispatcher also looked up the address sent by the customer where she tracked the airpods the next day. None of our employees live anywhere near that location. Our office/warehouse is in Clearwater and our crews live in Clearwater or St Pete. Our dispatcher's assistant talked to the customer about this issue after the move and suggested she make a police report. We would immediately dismiss anyone on the crew that would be guilty of stealing anything. We also have not received a claim for damage to any furniture during this move if several pieces of furniture are broken. Our office can send a claim form to list any broken items you want to be repaired.
